成功簽約北京清河污泥干化廠綜合網(wǎng)絡(luò)布線(xiàn)工程
清河污泥干化廠位于清河污水處理廠西北側(cè)，全廠分為三個(gè)功能區(qū)，即污泥干化區(qū)、燃?xì)忮仩t房和生化除臭區(qū)，總投資１億元人民幣，于２００７年３月開(kāi)工，２００８年９月正式運(yùn)行。
Qinghe sludge drying plant is situated at west-north of Qinghe WWTP.The drying plant,which is divided into three function areas,namely the Sludge Drying area,the Natural Gas Boiler room and Bio-filter Deodorization area,has a total investment of 100 million Yuan. Qinghe Sludge Drying Plant started working in Mar.2007,and formally running in September.2008.
清河污泥干化廠由兩條獨(dú)立的生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)組成，兩條線(xiàn)總處理量為４００噸濕泥（含固率２０％）/日，天然氣用量為１１１５立方米／小時(shí)。
The Plant is composed of two unattached fluid-bed drying lines.The total disposal quantity of dewatered sludge (20% solid content ) is 400t/d,the consumption of natural gas is 1115 cubic meters/hr.
干化系統(tǒng)將含固率20%的脫水泥餅干化至含固率≥90%的干顆粒，產(chǎn)品顆粒密度６５０－７００千克／立方米。同時(shí)設(shè)置一套除臭系統(tǒng)處理濕泥或顆粒產(chǎn)生的臭氣。
The drying system will make the sludge cake with solid content of 20% be the drying granule of over 90% of solid content,which has a granule density of 650kg-700kg per cubic meter.Meantime, a Deodorization system is set up to dispose effluvium produced by dewatered sludge or granule.
脫水泥餅經(jīng)過(guò)干化含固率從２０％提高到９０％以上，不僅污泥體積大大降低，減少了運(yùn)輸和堆置的負(fù)擔(dān)，而且生產(chǎn)的污泥顆粒還可以作為燃料、肥料、建筑材料等進(jìn)行資源利用。
The solid content of the dewatered sludge cake increases from 20% to over 90% after being dried.Not only has the sludge volume reduced enormously,but also decreased the burden of transportation and refuse disposal.Moreover,the produced dried sludge can be utilized as fuel,fertilizer and construction material.
